(A) "Article" means Article of the Constitution of India.
(B) "Cabinet" means the Council of Ministers constituted under section 133.
(C) "Minister" includes the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister, but does not include the Minister of State or the Deputy Minister.
(D) "Minister of Injustice" in respect of any department or any work relating thereto, in whose charge, as the case may be, such Minister or Minister of State or Deputy Minister assigned to such department or under the rules of business; But under the provisions of the Rules of Procedure, any department or affairs, the Minister as well as the Minister of State, when assigned to both, the Minister shall be deemed to be the Minister of Injury.
(F) "Schedule" means the schedule attached to these rules; and
(G) "Secretary" includes the Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary and Front Secretary. Applies to the interpretation of any Central Act, such as the "General Section Act, 18". It also applies to the interpretation of the Act, these rules and the instructions issued under Rule 12 of them. All the cases mentioned in the Second Schedule (1) under clause (c) of section 13 shall be submitted to the Cabinet by the order of the Governor. (2) By the order of the Chief Minister or with the consent of the Chief Minister, the case should be presented to the Cabinet or to the Ministers or Ministers of State level as suggested by the Chief Minister.
