HELLO Friends Mukhyamantri yuva swavlamban Yojna Gujarat state 2021-22 Full Details; Application process etc. Education Department, Government of Gujarat, Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana, Gujarat 2021-22 is Starting applications from Cleverly students pursuing diploma or degree courses. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students for tuition fees, hostel & food expenses, and the cost of books & equipment.

Objective of the scheme : Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavlamban yojna::
To provide financial assistance on the basis of merit and merit (Merit cum Means) for higher education to the bright and needy students seeking admission in the higher education courses of the state.

Eligibility standards
(1) Rs. Children of parents with an annual income of up to Rs. 2,00,000 / -.

(3) Students who get 90th or more percentile in Std-12 Science stream or general stream examination for graduate level courses.

(3) Students who get 90th or more percentile in Std-10 examination for diploma level courses.

1. Benefits / Assistance of the scheme

Tuition fee assistance: Mukhyamantri Yuva Svavlamban Yojna::
(1) 50% of the fixed annual tuition fee or Rs.
2,00,000 / - whichever is less. 

(3) 50% of the fixed annual tuition fee for graduate level professional courses or Rs. 50,000 / - whichever is less.
(4) Graduation level courses 50% of the fixed annual tuition fee or Rs. 10,000 / - whichever is less.
(5) 50% of the fixed annual tuition fee for diploma self-reliant courses of a government recognized institution or Rs. 5,000 / - whichever is less.
(6) The number of students in the general seats in government medical, dental, engineering colleges who get admission in the general seats and the number of students in the general category due to which they have to relocate and finally if they do not get admission in any government college and compulsory admission in self-reliant colleges Eligible students under this scheme are entitled to the amount of tuition fee difference between a self-reliant college and a government college.

Students who get admission in medical / dental undergraduate courses get Rs.10,000 as instrument-book assistance in the first year, students who get admission in undergraduate courses in engineering / technology; pharmacy; architecture get Rs.7,000 as instruments-books assistance in the first year and those who get admission in diploma courses. Students are entitled to Rs. 5,000 as tool book assistance in the first year. Tool-book assistance is only available once during the course period.

The form has to be filled online from the website of MYSY at the affiliated university or government recognized centers and the original copy along with the original proof has to be verified and submitted.

Process
(1) The student has to apply online through NIC at http://mysy.guj.nic.in). 

(2) After applying online, the student has to go to the nearest help center out of the total 21 help centers in the state with the required documents.

Implementing office / agency / organization
(1) KCG has been appointed as the nodal agency for this scheme. 

(3) As per the syllabus, the following offices of the Commissioner / Director have been authorized for final verification and approval of the application.

1) Commissioner for Technical Education courses, Office of Technical Education;

2) Commissioner for Higher Education related courses, Office of Higher Education;

2) Commissioner for Medical, Dental and Paramedical courses, Office of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education;

4) Director, Agriculture Office for courses related to agriculture; 3) Director, Animal Husbandry Office for Veterinary related courses;

5) verified and approved.
